Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an experienced Partnership Manager based in Ireland to drive revenue growth across SSPs and DSPs in a global programmatic advertising ecosystem.

You will own a portfolio of partners, manage commercial relationships, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements. Collaboration with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Demand Operations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in adtech or programmatic advertising.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem (Prebid, OpenRTB, etc.).
• Familiarity with major SSPs/DSPs (Magnite, Google AdX, TAM or A9).
• Strong commercial/negotiation skills with partners.
• Experience building dashboards and performance-tracking processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of a global SSP/DSP portfolio.
• Lead commercial discussions, reviews, and roadmaps with partners.
• Set revenue targets and develop growth plans across channels.
• Analyze revenue performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tech, Finance, and Product teams.
