Panda is seeking an organised, dependable part-time Administrator to support the Ballymount operation. The role covers purchasing, supplier accounts, inventory control, and general administration, reporting to the General Manager and Operations Managers.
You will handle records for employees, health and safety, and provide occasional PA support, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible morning/afternoon hours.
Location: Ballymount Road, Walkinstown, Dublin 12
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, four hours per day
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible morning or afternoon hours
