Responsibilities

  • Manage office schedules, appointments, and calendar systems for senior staff and departments; prepare, format, and maintain documentation.
  • Implement and maintain filing systems, physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments and stakeholders, responding promptly to requests.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate office services, including facilities management, supplies ordering, and vendor liaison.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email management and telephone enquiries.
  • Assist with the organisation and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Support the induction process for new staff members and provide general office guidance.
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Job description

We are seeking an organised and professional Administrator to join our team in Cork, Ireland.
