Aramark Ireland is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team in Dublin. This permanent role oversees front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and guiding a team to maintain service standards.

You will manage seating, reservations, cash handling, rosters, training, and safety compliance while collaborating with back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front-of-house staff and manage operations.
  • Oversee seating arrangements, reservations, and guest flow to optimise customer experience.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Manage cash handling, till operations, and financial reconciliation per procedures.
  • Create and manage staff rosters and schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conduct staff induction and training programmes to maintain service standards.
  • Monitor adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, customer feedback, and metrics for reporting and analysis.
  • Liaise with back-of-house teams and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures, promoting professionalism and accountability.
  • Identify training needs and support staff development to facilitate career progression.
