We are seeking an experienced and organised Catering Supervisor to join our team in Cork, Ireland. In this permanent position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering department, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. You will lead and support a team of catering staff, manage resources efficiently, and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations. **Required Skills and Experience:** Proven supervisory or team leadership experience within a catering or hospitality environment Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations Strong organisational and time‑keeping abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
**Desirable Skills and Experience:** Experience with catering management systems and relevant software Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen management Event coordination or large‑scale catering experience Mentoring and staff training experience Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
**Certifications and Domain Expertise:** Level 2 Food Safety in Catering certification (or equivalent) Health and Safety awareness and compliance knowledge
