ADI is hiring on behalf of our client, an online lending platform in Indonesia that provides instant, easy, and safe online loans and credit services. It has an OJK permit and is part of the Indonesian Fintech Funding Association. This company has a short registration with TKB90 status 100% payment rating, with a total loan accumulation of 562 billion and over 1 million customers to date in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the business goals of the insurance brokerage.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of software systems, platforms, and infrastructure to meet business requirements and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection laws, and cybersecurity standards within the insurance sector.
• Collaborate with senior management to assess technology needs and recommend solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, encouraging continuous growth and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts to optimize technology investments and achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard critical IT operations.
• Analyze emerging technologies and trends relevant to insurance brokerage and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT Director or in a senior IT leadership role within the insurance, insure-tech and reinsurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, regulations, and technology solutions specific to insurance brokers.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements within the insurance domain.
