Cactus Communications is an academic support company offering expert English editing services under the brand Editage and AI-powered academic writing support tools such as Paperpal. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the design and execution of marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and growth for our AI-powered academic writing support tool, Paperpal.

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new free users
• Promote premium services and drive conversion to paid plans
• Support retention and engagement of paid users
• Re-engage inactive users
• Maximize revenue through cross-selling opportunities
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Gather user feedback and identify user needs
• Develop promotional materials
• Conduct product demos and webinars
• Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns

5年以上のプロダクトマーケティングの実務経験

必須条件

• B2Cテクノロジー製品のGo-to-Market戦略の実績
• AI・LLM・生成AIの基本知識
• 日英での高いコミュニケーション能力
• タスク・プロジェクトマネジメント力
• データ分析を活用したマーケティング戦略立案
• ウェビナー・SNS・コンテンツマーケティング・ソーシャルメディアのプロモーション経験
• Google Analytics・MAツールの知識・経験
• メール・SNSマーケティングの運用経験

【こんなスキル・経験があれば歓迎】

• サブスクリプションサービスの運用経験
• サービス立ち上げ経験（企画～ローンチ）
• 5+ years of practical experience in product marketing
• Proven track record of Go-to-Market strategies for B2C technology products
• Fundamental knowledge of AI, LLMs, and generative AI
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Task and project management skills
• Ability to develop marketing strategies using data analysis
• Experience in webinars, content marketing, social media, and other promotional channels
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
• Experience managing email and social media marketing campaigns
• Experience managing subscription-based services
• Experience in launching new products from planning to launch
