Strategize, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and potentially other emerging platforms.
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPR, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc., and translate data into clear insights and optimization actions.
Work closely with content and creative teams to develop ads that are not just eye-catching but also high-converting and platform-specific.
Write or guide the creation of strategic creative briefs that align message, visuals, and funnel objectives.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify scalable winners.
Collaborate with funnel and automation teams to ensure lead nurturing and conversion processes align with ad strategies.
Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok (portfolio or case study appreciated).
Possess a strong analytical mindset — fluent in using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, and other relevant platforms.
Ability to extract insights from data, not just generate reports, and communicate findings clearly to both creative and strategic stakeholders.
Experience working with creative teams to guide copy and visual direction based on audience behavior and platform dynamics.
Solid understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
Proactive, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, purpose-driven team.
Bonus: Experience with landing page optimization.
