This is a unique and dynamic position, designed to combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills into one. The CSM role isn’t your typical job—it’s about being the bridge between our clients’ goals and our ability to deliver exceptional results. In the past, we had two distinct roles—account managers and project managers. While they served important functions, there was a gap. Account managers didn’t always have a deep understanding of the technical solutions we deliver, and project managers often lacked the business development mindset needed to unlock growth opportunities.
That’s why we created the CSM role—a hybrid position that brings together the best of both worlds. As a CSM, you’ll have the technical background to engage deeply with clients and the strategic mindset to drive growth.
In this role, you’ll focus on 1 to 3 key accounts—those with the biggest growth potential over the next 6 to 12 months. You’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients, driving successful project delivery and helping them navigate their challenges while identifying opportunities for innovation.
