A technology firm in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure professional with a strong understanding of cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of relevant experience and be skilled in application support, database maintenance, and network management. This role involves handling server migrations, documenting IT environments, and providing service desk support.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Ops & Infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure) and migration.
- Experience in designing network infrastructure.
Responsabilités
- Manage cloud technology and server migrations.
- Support applications and troubleshoot issues.
- Document hardware and network environments.

Jobdesc:

- Monitoring network infrastructure and traffic flow
- Setting up and authorizing software & hardware (deployment, upgrade, and support), and server resources for new users
- Assist in developing operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software;
- Assist in documenting current hardware and network environments, including servers, PCs, IT security and network systems

- Non Muslim
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science
- Have work experience for 5-10 years of experience in IT Ops & Infrastructure, including network, server, database, storage, IT security, etc
- Experience in Cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azzure, etc) troubleshoot and migration, network domain & infrastructure
- Have experience in designing, supervising, and participating in implementing technology and platforms that support data infrastructure.
- Have experience in designing the network infrastructure in the company.
- Performed site reliability testing, and managed hardware and cloud storage systems.
