S&OP Demand & Supply Planner – Food & Beverage
Job summary
A leading food ingredients company in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking a skilled production planner. The role involves consolidating demand reports, adjusting production schedules, and ensuring quality control within the manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in production planning, proficiency in SAP, and strong organizational skills. This position offers a collaborative work environment focused on diversity and equality of opportunity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production planning experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Effective communication skills in English at a B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate demand reports and provide analyses.
- Plan S&OP driven meetings and take timely decisions.
- Adjust S&OP plans during capacity and quality issues.
- Translate sales orders into production plans and schedules.
- Monitor manufacturing performance and adjust schedules as needed.
