Job Summary

Manon Design Studio is looking for a Architect (Project Designer) who is visionary, technically proficient, and experienced in leading architectural projects from concept to execution.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality designs that reflect our brand values — "Nature Inspired, Brand Defined."

Success in this role means transforming creative ideas into buildable, well-documented solutions while mentoring younger team members and ensuring project excellence on and off site.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural design concepts aligned with client briefs and the Manon brand identity

Lead the preparation of design development documents (DAD, GSB, working drawings) in coordination with the design team

Guide and oversee junior architects/designers to ensure quality and consistency

Supervise ongoing projects on-site and provide design solutions as needed

Collaborate closely with interior, landscape, and project management teams

Ensure the final design meets both technical standards and the brand’s creative vision

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (S1)

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an architect, with a proven portfolio of built projects

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and relevant design software

Solid understanding of construction methods and ability to interpret technical drawings

Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback

Capable of managing design coordination between internal teams and clients

Proficient in both spoken and written English
