Datacenter People is working with a client that designs and implements power and electrical distribution infrastructures in data centers.

• Lead on-site execution of electrical installation works for data centre projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, ensuring compliance with technical specs and H&S standards.
• Act as the main site liaison between project management, engineering teams, and clients.
• Monitor progress, proactively resolve issues, and maintain schedule and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure strict compliance with local regulations and Neklan DC’s electrical standards.
• Oversee testing, inspections, and commissioning preparation of electrical systems. Manage all relevant site documentation: daily reports, safety logs, as‑built drawings, checklists.
• Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings on‑site.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing MEP site works with a clear specialisation in electrical installations.
• Strong technical background in MV/LV systems, power distribution, UPS, busbars, grounding, and monitoring.
• Experience working in data centres or mission‑critical environments. Thorough understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and SLDs.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multicultural teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management tools. Willingness to relocate temporarily within the EU during project phases.
