We are a founder‑led, profitable, fast‑growing company that attracts a huge number of applicants. Our Talent Science team shapes a data‑driven, objective hiring process that connects performance outcomes to talent acquisition. • Conducting in‑depth behavioural talent interviews, offering deep insights into motivations and behaviours.
  • Building key relationships with global stakeholders to deliver on hiring agendas and maintain consistency in operational processes.
  • Seeking continuous improvement on hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Advocating for diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from the hiring process and underpinning sourcing strategies.

  • Exposure to or appreciation of psychometric assessments.
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving ability, proficiency in SQL or Python.
  • Experience in conducting behavioural, competency‑based interviews and training stakeholders.
  • A solid academic background, preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology or a people‑based discipline, and a strong quantitative foundation from high school.
  • Excellent personal organisation skills for remote work.
  • Willingness to travel to company events 2–4 times a year, up to two weeks each.
Other skills you may bring
  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International and DISC profiling.
  • Knowledge of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
What we offer colleagues
  • Distributed work environment with twice‑yearly team sprints in person.
  • Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
