Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to achieve revenue, distribution, and growth targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and food service companies.
- Identify new business opportunities within the food industry and lead initiatives to expand market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure effective execution of sales programs.
- Lead negotiations for trading terms, pricing, and joint business plans with key accounts.
- Ensure consistent brand presence and availability across national channels.
- Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management to support business planning.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role within FMCG or food-related industries.
- Proven track record in managing national accounts or large-scale key clients.
- Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and food service ecosystems in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into sales strategies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
