Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to achieve revenue, distribution, and growth targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and food service companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the food industry and lead initiatives to expand market penetration.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure effective execution of sales programs.
  • Lead negotiations for trading terms, pricing, and joint business plans with key accounts.
  • Ensure consistent brand presence and availability across national channels.
  • Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management to support business planning.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role within FMCG or food-related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing national accounts or large-scale key clients.
  • Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and food service ecosystems in Indonesia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into sales strategies.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
