A leading mining company in Indonesia is seeking a Junior MEM Maintenance Operation Engineer to perform engineering works and project management tasks. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, along with relevant skills in maintenance and cost analysis. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and knowledge of safety management systems is preferred. This role offers a chance to contribute to optimal equipment performance and safety in operations.
Perform engineering works, project management tasks, maintenance and cost analysis, investigation and other actions to ensure that equipment are correctly maintained and performing at optimum capability and capacity with the best of economic cost for PT Vale Indonesia Tbk investment.

PTVI operates under a Contract of Work, which was amended with a Special Mining Business Permit (IUPK) on May 13, 2024. The contract is valid until December 28, 2035, and the concession covers an area of 118,017 hectares covering South Sulawesi (70,566 hectares), Central Sulawesi (22,699 hectares) and Southeast Sulawesi (24,752 hectares).
The Company mines laterite nickel ore and processes it into the final product of nickel in matte.
The Company also continues its plan to developing integrated mining practices through the Indonesia Growth Project (IGP) in Morowali, Central Sulawesi and in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi.
