Qualifications

Junior MEM Maintenance Operation Engineer

Perform engineering works, project management tasks, maintenance and cost analysis, investigation and other actions to ensure that equipment are correctly maintained and performing at optimum capability and capacity with the best of economic cost for PT Vale Indonesia Tbk investment.

Accountabilities

• Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning mobile equipment to reliability and maintenance process improvement with safety, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Implement reliability engineering in mobile equipment maintenance to ensure that equipment can be operated at optimum capability and capacity.
• Specify system components and modifications of mobile equipment and facilities to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
• Perform maintenance cost management of mobile equipment by preparing, monitoring and analysing all of mobile equipment maintenance cost.
• Research and analyse mobile equipment design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to provide feedback and make recommendations to maintenance operations.
• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a minimum of 18 months experience in maintenance and experience in mechanical (mobile equipment) is preferable.
• Certified for First Level Supervisor - Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) is preferable.
• Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SMK3L).
