Job summary

Transcosmos is seeking a Project Officer for Youth Development Programs in Depok, Indonesia. The role supports day-to-day management of youth development projects, collaborates with participants, partners, and internal teams, and operates in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has a relevant Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of project coordination experience, with a passion for empowering underprivileged youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of project coordination or program implementation experience.
• Experience with youth-focused initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of youth development projects.
• Coordinate activities including workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs.
• Liaise with community stakeholders and partners to facilitate project success.
• Track progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on outcomes and challenges.
• Provide direct guidance to youth participants and foster engagement.
• Assist in management of project budgets and resources.
