Job summary

Plan International Indonesia is seeking a Project Officer for the TechPath 2.0 program in Bojonegoro, East Java. The role focuses on recruiting, engaging, and retaining youth participants, building strong relationships with youth networks, and coordinating daily activities to ensure inclusive, impactful learning outcomes.

You will work with the Project Manager and technical specialists to monitor participation, track progress, and share learnings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant social science field.
1-2 years of experience in development programmes.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Knowledge of child and youth participation.
Ability to build internal and external networks.

Responsibilities

Support project design and ideation with partners, youth groups, and communities.
Develop and update project documents, partnership assessments, and internal systems (SAP/PMERL).
Coordinate with government, partners, and communities for effective implementation.
Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and research in collaboration with MER team.
Support exit strategy and sustainability planning from early stages.
Ensure safeguarding, GEDSI, and gender equality are embedded throughout the project.
