Job summary

Dealls (YC W22) is seeking a programs manager to shape Indonesia’s youth initiatives. You’ll lead the full lifecycle—from concept and partnerships to execution and impact measurement—for programs spanning education, youth development, and scholarships.

Collaborating with schools, universities, and sponsors, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, collect feedback, and continuously improve program quality.

Qualifications

• Experienced in marketing and project management, preferably in education, youth, or non-profit sectors.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills — you keep things moving.
• Clear communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Drive applications, engagement, and visibility of SejutaCita programs (events, scholarships, MUN conference, or leadership bootcamps).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and communication flow.
• Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve program quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and sponsors.
