Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant social science field.
• 1-2 years of experience on development programmes.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia language skills.
• Knowledge of gender equality, GEDSI, and youth participation.
• Ability to design proposals, guidelines, and monitoring frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Project design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing.
• Ensure activities comply with Plan Indonesia policies, procedures, audits, and standards.
• Support sustainability, exit, handover, and scale-up strategies.
• Track progress, outcomes, budget, and expenditure; use monitoring systems.
• Prepare internal, donor, and external reports; document learnings and case studies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government, donors, partners, communities, youth networks, and participants.
