Job summary

Plan International Indonesia seeks a Project Officer for the TechPath 2.0 program in Bojonegoro, East Java. You will recruit, engage and retain youth participants, coordinate daily activities, track participation, and support alumni progress under the Project Manager TechPath 2.0.

You will work with youth networks, government and partners to strengthen partnerships, ensure safeguarding and GEDSI integration, and help deliver high-quality learning outcomes that connect youth to digital economy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant social science field.
• 1–2 years of development programme experience.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of gender equality and youth participation.
• Ability to design proposals and monitor youth programming.

Responsibilities

• Support project design, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Track progress, budget, and expenditure via monitoring systems.
• Support reports to internal and donors.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government, donors, and youth networks.
• Promote safeguarding, PSHEA, GEDSI throughout activities.
