Job summary

PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia is seeking a Contract Position in Workforce Planning to perform headcount monitoring, workload analysis, and governance of organizational development activities. The role involves collecting data, validating findings, and producing regular workforce reports while maintaining job descriptions and supporting succession planning tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, formulas) and can prepare presentations in English.

• Support Manpower Planning analysis, headcount monitoring, and preparation of regular workforce reports.
• Assist in Workload Analysis activities, including data collection, validation, and preliminary analysis.
• Support the review and update of the organization structure based on approved business and manpower changes.
• Prepare, update, and maintain Job Description documents.
• Support Succession Planning, Competency Framework, career path, and probation evaluation activities.
• Coordinate data and administrative follow-up for job rotation, mutation, recruitment assessment, and HR announcements.

Job description

Job Qualification :

Understanding of Workforce Planning, Manpower Planning, headcount monitoring, and Organization Development concepts.

Good data-processing and analytical skills using Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and formulas.

Understanding of organization structure development and Job Description preparation.

Ability to prepare analytical reports and presentations.

Knowledge of Workload Analysis, Succession Planning, Competency Framework, and recruitment processes will be an advantage.

Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and prepare basic working documents in English.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Structured, proactive, and able to work within deadlines.
