Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking an experienced HRIS & People Analytics Manager to lead Workday configuration across Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management. You will partner with HR and IT to optimize HR processes, deliver data-driven insights, and drive system improvements through bi-annual Workday releases.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on Workday support or consulting with strong HCM background.
• Deep functional expertise in Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management.
• Proficiency with Workday security architecture, integrations, calculated fields, EIBs, and custom reporting.
• Current Workday HCM certification preferred; extra certs in Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, or Talent Management are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with capacity to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical configurations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and maintenance of Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management).
• Define and manage accruals, leaves, and absence policies.
• Configure and administer complex compensation programs and annual reviews.
• Oversee Talent Management configurations including succession planning.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Analyze HR processes and implement efficiencies and self-service improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Maintain documentation and assist in change management and trainings.
• Monitor Workday releases and advise on feature adoption.
