Job summary

Thales Group is seeking an Application Engineer to configure and implement Workday Core HR and Absence solutions on-site in Jakarta. You will design, test, and maintain Workday configurations, collaborating with product teams to meet business requirements and ensure secure, performant applications.

Requirements include 2-3 years of Workday experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Workday configurations and integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and maintain Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize Workday applications and configurations.
• Analyze performance and troubleshoot Workday issues.
• Follow Workday configuration best practices and document work.
• Write and execute test scenarios for Workday releases.
