Job summary

PT Alpha Magsaysay International is seeking a Wine Steward to elevate guest wine experiences aboard our operations. You will provide professional wine recommendations based on guests’ preferences and menu selections, present, open, and serve wine according to service standards, and suggest wine and food pairings to enhance dining.

You will maintain wine inventory, ensure proper storage and stock rotation, support wine sales, assist with tastings and promotions, and ensure the wine service area

Responsibilities

• Provide professional wine recommendations based on guests’ preferences and menu selections.
• Present, open, and serve wine according to proper service standards.
• Recommend suitable wine and food pairings.
• Maintain wine inventory and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
• Support wine sales and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Assist with wine tastings, promotions, and beverage-related events.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the wine service area.
