Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking a driven sales professional in Jakarta to expand our wholesale client base for telecom services. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and tailor solutions such as bandwidth, data center services, and colocation to client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and performance, while consistently hitting sales targets and staying abreast of market trends in the telecom sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify new wholesale clients and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale partners and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close complex sales contracts for telecom services (IP, Ethernet, optical, wireless).
• Consult with clients on technology needs, offering tailored solutions like bandwidth, colocation, or data center services.
• Work with technical, operations, and other internal teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offers, and market changes.
• Accurately forecast sales and report on performance.
