Job summary

FiberStar (PT. Mega Akses Persada) seeks an Account Manager / Sales B2B ICT to drive wholesale/ISP/carrier international sales from Cyber 2 Tower, South Jakarta. You will acquire new accounts, manage relationships, present solutions, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has at least a D3 and 2 years in sales, with ICT telecom experience, knowledge of Internet/FTTx, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Minimum D3 (Associate Degree) in any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Account Executive/B2B Account Manager.
Preferably experience in Telecommunications/ICT field.
Basic knowledge of Internet and FTTx concepts.
Experienced in presenting and negotiating with corporate clients.
Willing to work from office: Cyber 2 Tower, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Search for new customers (accounts) and follow up on the needs of existing customers to achieve revenue targets.
Manage relationships with existing customers, handle feedback, and identify new opportunities from existing customers.
Conduct sales visits and presentations to prospective customers.
Prepare sales quotations, contracts, and sales reports, as well as handle sales feedback.
Prepare solutions to address customer issues by investigating problems, offering solutions, and collaborating with sales engineers to meet customer needs.
Identify and analyze market conditions and competitors.
Generate revenue in accordance with predetermined targets.
Stay up to date about developments in the telecommunications industry.
Acquire customers from the Wholesale/ISP/Carrier/International segments.
