UPL is seeking a Territory Lead for West Java to drive sales Strategy and lead a field team across Bogor, Ciawi, and Sukabumi. You will coach promoters, analyze markets, and build lasting customer partnerships to deliver sustainable agricultural solutions.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations to refine initiatives, push for continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with global sustainability goals in farming communities.
