Job summary

Grab is seeking a senior regional sales leader for West Java. You will guide commercial performance, manage field teams and drive merchant growth. You will align regional plans with central strategies and use AI tools to improve efficiency and decision making.

The role requires travel across the region, strong leadership, and deep experience in sales leadership for consumer platforms. This is a field-based position with significant collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial sales or business development, including 4+ years leading teams.
• Proven merchant acquisition and account development experience.
• Experience coordinating strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
• Experience engaging with AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial execution through the sales teams, coaching and aligning priorities.
• Coordinate sales planning across Food and Mart, establishing goals and ownership.
• Drive strategic projects with the team and central stakeholders.
• Represent the region in cross-region discussions and align on priorities.
• Support merchant growth via campaigns, ads, and lending solutions.
• Oversee merchant acquisition and portfolio growth with top partners.
• Develop sales operations aligned with central initiatives and local nuances.
• Utilize approved AI tools to prepare briefs, streamline workflows and ideas.
