Job summary

PT Omoway Technology Indonesia seeks a results-driven Sales Leader to manage the promoter team in Central Java. You will drive sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing coaching and evaluation across Tegal, Purwokerto, and Pati/Kudus.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to expand the sales network through MDs and partners while staying aligned with OMOWAY policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales.
• Experience leading and managing sales teams.
• Experience with dealers, distributors, MDs, or sales partners.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Lead, supervise, and control the sales promoter team in Central Java area.
• Take responsibility for sales targets and overall team performance.
