Job summary

PT Tri Point Centralindo, a West Java-based Indonesian food packaging manufacturer, is expanding its Jawa Barat sales team. We seek a Regional Sales Manager to own the region: set strategy, build the team and grow key accounts in packaging, plastics and related industries.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of B2B-B2C sales experience, including 3+ years leading a team; knowledge of PP/PE/PET/PS materials and strong Excel/CRM skills, with willingness to relocate to West Java.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B - B2C sales experience, including 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience in packaging, plastics or food-industry supply.
• Knowledge of PP, PE, PET and PS materials and food-contact packaging requirements.
• Proven record with large accounts, price negotiation and receivables control.
• Strong Excel/CRM skills; based in or willing to relocate to West Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company’s goals to drive sales growth in Jawa Barat area
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to improve performance and reach sales targets.
• Analyze sales metrics to forecast sales growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and production capacity.
