Job summary

Desa Potato Head Bali is seeking a Wellbeing Concierge & (farm)acy Manager to guide guests through personalised wellbeing experiences and lead daily (farm)acy retail operations at Desa Potato Head Bali.

You will oversee Ayurvedic consultations and workshops, help develop new (farm)acy products, train the team, maintain inventory, and ensure high standards of service, safety and presentation across the retail space.

Qualifications

• Relevant management education with spa treatment training or courses.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-capacity establishment.
• Practical knowledge of Ayurvedic practices, consultations and personalised wellbeing experiences.
• Experience in retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising and team coordination.

About The Job

We are looking for a Wellbeing Concierge & (farm)acy Manager to guide guests through personalised wellbeing experiences and lead daily (farm)acy retail operations. This is a management and practitioner role, reporting to the Wellbeing Operations Manager, at the intersection of Ayurvedic practice, guest care, product development and retail operations.

A major part of the role is helping guests find practices and products that respond to their individual interests and needs. The Wellbeing Concierge & (farm)acy Manager will lead Ayurvedic consultations and workshops, build relationships with returning guests, and keep the retail space well-stocked, carefully presented and ready to welcome visitors.
