We are looking for a Wellbeing Operations Manager to lead daily operations and commercial performance across Merasa, Spa and (farm)acy. This is a management role, reporting to the Head of Wellbeing, at the intersection of wellbeing experiences, financial performance, operational planning and team development.
A major part of the role is turning wellbeing programming into well-run sessions, treatments and retail experiences that guests choose to return to. The Wellbeing Operations Manager will translate the Head of Wellbeing's direction into delivery plans, manage budgets and resources, and guide the teams responsible for each outlet.
An opportunity to help guests discover and take part in wellbeing programmes at Desa, through both the way they are communicated and the way they are delivered.
You will work closely with the Head of Wellbeing, practitioners and creative teams, building experience across programme coordination, brand communication and guest-facing practice.
