Job summary

PT Kemilau Pesta Indonesia is seeking a wedding sales consultant to identify new customer prospects, promote products and services, conduct presentations, prepare quotations, negotiate, and secure sales agreements in Jakarta.

You will build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, manage inquiries with speed and accuracy, and contribute to monthly and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum education in business/marketing/communication or related field.
• At least 1 year in sales, business development, or account roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to meet KPI and sales targets with a structured process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer prospects per target market.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, visits, and events.
• Promote products/services and conduct customer presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales agreements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build relations with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure customer needs are handled quickly and accurately.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports on prospects, progress, and targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, open houses, and marketing events.
