• Assist in coordinating venue setup and tear down.
• Be present on the wedding day for smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and Coordination
  • Assist the Wedding Planner in meeting with couples to understand their vision & preferences.
  • Coordinate with Vendor Liaison in researching, contacting, and coordinating with various vendors including florists, caterers, photographers, and entertainment.
• Logistics and Setup
  • Assist in coordinating venue set up and tear down, ensuring all decorations, seating arrangements, and other details are executed according to plan.
• Event Execution
  • Be present on the wedding day to assist with coordination and ensure everything runs smoothly.
