Job summary

AMAYI, a Bali-based wedding and honeymoon travel company, is hiring an Indonesia Market Manager to own the Indonesian market operations end-to-end—from lead generation to final delivery. This middle-management role requires you to take ownership of the local team and hit business targets from above.

You will manage the Indonesian team (sales, social media, logistics) and coordinate resources for client experiences, while developing local channels and partners to grow lead flow and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local Indonesian team (sales, social media, dressers, trip managers, drivers); manage scheduling, attendance, reviews and training.
• Own the full funnel from lead to closed deal in Indonesia; optimize follow-up and hit targets.
• Direct social media strategy and paid performance for two Instagram brands; build local partnerships.
• Coordinate shooting, hotel and itinerary resources to secure client experiences; handle incidents and escalate issues.
• Produce regular Indonesian market reports with actionable improvement plans; report to management.

AMAYI is a Bali-based one-stop wedding, pre-wedding photography and honeymoon-travel company, operating its own resort hotel. We are hiring an Indonesia Market Managerto take full ownership of our local Indonesian team and the end-to-end Indonesian market operations — from lead generation to final delivery. This is a middle-management role: you carry business targets from above, and lead the local team on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the local Indonesian team (sales, social media, dressers, trip managers, photo assistants, driver coordination). Own scheduling, attendance, performance reviews and training; establish and enforce working standards and service protocols.
• Own the full funnel from lead to closed deal in the Indonesian market. Lead the sales team to hit monthly/quarterly targets; analyse lead quality and conversion rates, and continuously improve follow-up strategy.
• Direct social media strategy and paid performance for our two Instagram brands; develop local channels and partners (wedding planners, venues, KOLs, hotels, travel channels) to grow brand exposure and lead flow.
• Coordinate shooting, hotel and itinerary resources to secure client experience; handle local incidents and complaints, escalating major issues immediately.
• Produce regular Indonesian market reports (lead volume, conversion, revenue, team productivity) with actionable improvement plans; report to management.
