Milestones in Bali is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support a growing portfolio of tourism and hospitality projects in Indonesia. The role offers a remote start with a transition to a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 office days per week in Bali).
You will engage in research, outreach, and project coordination while communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The candidate should be highly organized, able to work independently, and proficient with Google Sheets and databases.

Milestones is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing portfolio of tourism and hospitality projects in Indonesia.
We work primarily with villas, resorts, liveaboards, dive and surf businesses, and other travel and hospitality brands.
This is a hands-on support role for someone who is organised, comfortable with research and communication, and confident working independently.
Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
Very organised and comfortable working with Google Sheets and databases
Confident conducting online research
Comfortable communicating via email and WhatsApp
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Comfortable following up with people and keeping track of multiple tasks
Experience/Interaction in tourism and marketing
Based in Bali
Experience in sales support, marketing, hospitality, tourism, administration, customer service or project coordination is an advantage.
You do not need to be a senior salesperson or marketing strategist. We are looking for someone practical, reliable and organised who enjoys research, communication and helping projects move forward.
The position will start remotely.
Once our new office is ready, the position will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days per week working from the office in Bali.
Some flexibility to work remotely will remain.
