Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead production operations at the Sumedang plant and drive key safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

You will champion IL6S and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, coach line teams, and ensure governance and compliance across GMP, food safety, and environmental standards while building a high-performing workforce. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering best-in-class performance.

Formación

• Experience leading TPM, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and leadership in team-based settings.
• Engineer with financial and business acumen; project management skills.
• No relocation support available.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production operations and meet key SQCDSM targets.
• Implement IL6S Lean transformation across operating teams.
• Coach line leaders; cascade plans and KPIs to staff.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure governance, compliance with QMS, GMP, safety and policies.
