Parklife Family Hub Bali is seeking a friendly Front Office Associate to welcome guests and support daily operations at our Bali location. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, process payments, and coordinate inquiries with a warm, patient demeanor.

You should have 1-2 years of front office experience or equivalent, familiarity with POS systems (Quinos POS is a plus), and strong communication skills to ensure a smooth guest experience for families visiting our hub.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office role or equivalent.
• Familiar with Front Office systems (such as Quinos POS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Process payments accurately and assist with billing needs
• Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
