Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

We are a manufacturing factory in Batam producing electronic vaporization products. We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for maintaining 100% inventory accuracy, managing the flow of materials, and leading the warehouse team.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. Ensure inventory records match physical stock (stock opname) and investigate discrepancies.

Accurately input and update all inventory transactions in the ERP/SAP system. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (inbound, outbound, stock levels) for management.

Enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and 5S principles. Ensure warehouse operations comply with company safety and quality standards.

Lead, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff. Provide training and ensure the team meets daily operational targets.

Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.

About you

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Strong proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong leadership skills.

Able to work in a shift system.

Mandarin speaking is a big plus (to communicate with Chinese management), but not mandatory.
