Job summary

PT. Triefta Aroma Nusantara, based in East Java's Gresik, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflows.

You will monitor ERP-based transactions for receipts, issues, transfers and adjustments, and maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or logistics, at least 3 years in warehouse management, strong Excel skills, and hands-on WMS/ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Have minimum 3 years of Warehouse Management experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, FIFO/FEFO, 5R, safety management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, Pivot Tables, and Power Query) for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
• Familiar with stock opname (physical inventory count), inventory reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Monitor warehouse operations through ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.

• Coordinate with Purchasing, PPIC, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth production flow.
• Maintain proper inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, 5R, and workplace safety standards.
• Identify discrepancies, operational issues and warehouse performance.
• Assign tasks, supervise team performance, and ensure timely completion of daily activities.

Job description

Conduct regular stock reconciliation and stock opname activities, investigate inventory variances, and monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Coordinate closely with Purchasing, PPIC, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth production flow.

Maintain proper inventory control, product traceability, FIFO/FEFO practices, 5R, and workplace safety standards

Identify discrepancies, operational issues and warehouse performance.

Assign tasks, supervise team performance, and ensure timely completion of daily activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Have minimum 3 years of Warehouse Management

Strong understanding of inventory management principles, FIFO/FEFO, 5R, safety management
