Job summary

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Production, PPIC, and Quality Control, manage stock with FIFO, ensure B3 handling compliance, and drive improvements while mentoring warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in relevant field.
• 3–5 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Multinational PMA manufacturing company experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator License (SIO); K3 certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and finished goods dispatch.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, PPIC, and Quality Control to ensure material accuracy.
• Manage inventory levels with regular stock counts, safety stock monitoring, and FIFO implementation.
• Ensure storage and handling of raw materials and hazardous chemicals (B3) per safety regulations.
• Coordinate timely issuance of materials to support production schedules.
• Oversee preparation and shipment of finished goods with accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate warehouse transactions and inventory records in ERP/WMS.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to boost productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs and K3 standards.
