Job summary

The role emphasizes implementing a WCS, improving visibility, and reducing costs, with strong emphasis on safety and SOP compliance. You will lead a team and coordinate with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking and issuing.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, space utilization and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and implement Warehouse Control System (WCS) to improve visibility and traceability.
• Drive warehouse process improvements, digitalization, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage and develop warehouse team to meet safety and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, 5S/5R, safety and company standards.
• Collaborate with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, IT and other departments.
