Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at its logistics hub in Tangerang. The role involves supervising receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

You will lead a team, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with other departments to optimize the warehouse workflow. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in warehouse ops, at least 1 year in supervision, and strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and logistics best practices.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Liaise with transportation providers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
