Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in supervision, 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor.
Minimum 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics for construction or container company.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, storing, picking, issuing).
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
Strong integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Leadership and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, issuing, loading, unloading.
Ensure incoming materials are received, counted, inspected, and matched with orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile with warehouse system.
Monitor movement of containers and assets; ensure proper documentation.
Keep materials properly stored, labeled, and accessible.
Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, and other departments on material needs.
Conduct periodic stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
Assign tasks, guide staff, ensure compliance with safety and procedures.
Secure warehouse areas and assets against loss or damage.
