PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for After Sales Service to oversee inventory across the main warehouse, sub-warehouses, and branch service centers. You will ensure data accuracy, coordinate replenishments, and lead the team with monthly KPI evaluations.

Responsibilities include managing in-transit material data, performing monthly inspections, and ensuring timely material allocations.

Competenze

• Preferable from Mobile Phone Industry or After Sales Industry.
• Have leadership experience at least 2 years.
• Proficient in the use of office software, with the ability to analyze data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Strong execution ability.
• Good at learning and adapting, with a good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Have good conduct, be honest and trustworthy, and be in good health.

• Manage inventory in the main warehouse, sub-warehouses, and branch after-sales centers, including good, defective, and damaged materials.
• Ensure timely replenishment and delivery of buffer materials at branches (T1, T2, T3).
• Track in-transit data for incoming materials from HQ/factories/branches.
• Complete physical inspections and system operations per HQ verification, record differences, and provide feedback.
• Achieve timely online PO material allocation at branch centers.
• Lead and develop the team, set up roles and monthly KPI evaluations.
• Coordinate local purchases and stocking with the quality department.

Warehouse Supervisor - After Sales Service

Manage the inventory of the main warehouse/sub-warehouse and branch after-sales service centers, including good and defective and damage materials. Manage the Bin , Conduct monthly physical inventory checks and system operations to ensure consistency between the physical items and the system data.

Ensure the timely replenishment and delivery of buffer materials at T1, T2, and T3 branch after-sales service center. For incoming materials from headquarters/factories/branch after-sales service centers, track the in-transit data. Strictly complete physical inspections and system operations in accordance with the headquarters' verification requirements, record the differences and establish a feedback mechanism.

Achieve the timely rate of online PO material allocation at the branch after-sales service centers.

Manage and cultivate the team, set up job divisions and monthly KPI evaluations.

Manage local purchases and quality department borrowing and stocking, complete system operations.

Conduct monthly physical inspections and out-of-stock materials and device sales checks and releases of non-performing materials/devices.

Coordinate the work between the picking team and the third-party logistics team.
