Job summary

PT Suprabakti Mandiri is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee trading and imported goods operations. You will coordinate inbound schedules with Purchasing and outbound schedules with Sales, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipment processes.

You will lead a team, enforce 5R and safety standards, and monitor stock accuracy through regular stock opname and reconciliation with systems. The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations; at least 3 in leadership.
• Experience with trading and imported goods preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipment.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS and warehouse administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving.
• Able to manage warehouse teams and coordinate cross-functional departments.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety and 5R implementation.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage overall warehouse operations for trading and imported goods.
• Coordinate incoming goods schedules with the Purchasing Team and outgoing shipment schedules with the Sales Team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Supervise the receiving process to ensure all incoming goods are properly checked, verified, documented, and handled in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory arrangement to maintain product quality, stock accuracy, and efficient warehouse space utilization.
• Supervise the picking, packing, and shipment processes to ensure goods are delivered accurately, completely, and on schedule.
• Ensure all warehouse activities, including incoming, storage, and shipment, are performed in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and 5R principles.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock monitoring, stock opname, and reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel to ensure operational effectiveness, productivity, and discipline.
• Coordinate closely with the Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales Teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth material and goods flow.
• Identify operational problems and implement improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Prepare and monitor warehouse operational reports, inventory reports, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.

Having experience in handling trading and imported goods is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, including incoming, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipment.

Familiar with inventory management systems, ERP/WMS, and warehouse administration.

Good knowledge of stock opname, inventory accuracy, and warehouse documentation.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage warehouse teams and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.

Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and 5R implementation.

Detail-oriented, well-organized and proactive.
