Job summary

PT POLYPLEX FILMS INDONESIA in Serang, Banten invites a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee packing, warehousing, and dispatch of finished goods. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments, adherence to 5S and safety standards, and a willingness to work in shifts at our Serang site.

You should hold a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field, with experience in packing, warehouse operations, or manufacturing, and be physically fit to perform field activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in packing, warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Familiar with basic warehouse management and material handling processes.
• Able to work effectively in a team and under target-oriented working conditions.
• Physically fit and willing to perform operational and field activities.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Based in Cikande, Serang, Banten.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing activities for finished goods according to established procedures and specifications.
• Check product quantity, packaging condition, labels, and documentation before dispatch.
• Prepare finished goods for loading and delivery.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding packing and dispatch activities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of finished goods to prevent damage or quality issues.
• Support loading and unloading activities when required.
• Maintain accurate records of packing and dispatch activities.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards.
• Follow company procedures related to quality, safety, and product handling.
• Report any product damage, discrepancies, or abnormalities to the executive.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or related field

A new Company named “PT Polyplex Films Indonesia” has been incorporated in Indonesia on 11th October 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The Company is in the process of setting up a greenfield PET Film Line with the capacity of 44,000 metric tons per annum along with upstream Resin Plant and downstream Metallizing Plant. The commercial production is expected to start in mid - 2019. It will be located in an industrial estate in Serang towards west of Jakarta and cater mainly the domestic market in Indonesia and also the regional / other export markets.
