Job summary

PT Sistem Polifilm Hijau in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our fast-paced packaging facility.

You will supervise receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, monitor stock accuracy with FIFO/FEFO, ensure proper documentation and system updates, and coordinate with Production, PPIC, Logistics and Procurement to guarantee material readiness while upholding 5S and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in warehouse operations.
• Experience as Warehouse Leader or Supervisor preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and FIFO/FEFO.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and meeting operational targets.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory flow. This role is ideal for candidates with strong operational control, coordination skills, and the ability to lead warehouse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch

Monitor stock accuracy, inventory movement, and FIFO/FEFO implementation

Ensure proper documentation and timely system updates for inventory transactions

Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Logistics, and Procurement for material readiness

Maintain warehouse organization, safety standards (5S), and team discipline

Qualifications:

Minimum 2–4 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry

Experience as Warehouse Leader / Senior Staff / Supervisor is preferred

Good understanding of inventory control, stock handling, and warehouse procedures

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Familiar with ERP / WMS systems and able to work under operational targets
