Job summary

PT Perfect Companion Group in Serang/ Banten seeks a Warehouse Staff – Inbound & Outbound to manage safe, accurate warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, loading and issue of materials.

You will verify documents, use WMS/ERP, apply FIFO/FEFO and 5S, conduct cycle counts, operate forklifts or reach trucks, and coordinate with production and QA teams. Indonesian and English communication required; SMK or higher, 3+ years experience.

Qualifications

• SMK diploma; D3 is preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations, manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with WMS/ERP, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control.
• Knowledge of GMP, 5S, warehouse safety, and traceability.
• Experience operating Reach Truck or Forklift encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, loading, and material issuance.
• Verify documents, item codes, batch/lot, quantity, expiry/production dates, pallet conditions, and labels.
• Perform transactions in WMS/ERP, including receiving, picking, LPN, location updates, and shipment confirmation.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO, GMP, 5S, and warehouse safety standards to maintain product quality, traceability, and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and investigate inventory variances.
• Operate and perform basic checks on warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet movers, scanners, and wrapping machines.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas and support continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, PPIC, Production, Packing, QA/QC, Security, and Truck Scale teams.

Job Description

Responsible for safe, accurate, and timely warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, staging, loading, and material issuance to support smooth production and finished goods distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving RM/Packaging/FG, put-away, picking, staging, loading, and material issuance.

Verify documents, item codes, batch/lot, quantity, expiry/production dates, pallet conditions, and labels.

Perform transactions in WMS/ERP, including receiving, picking, LPN, location updates, and shipment confirmation.

Apply FIFO/FEFO, GMP, 5S, and warehouse safety standards to maintain product quality, traceability, and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum Vocational High School (SMK); D3 is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Familiar with WMS/ERP, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, palletizing, racking, picking, and loading processes.

Knowledge of GMP, 5S, warehouse safety, and product traceability.

Candidates with experience operating Reach Truck or Forklift are highly encouraged to apply.

Having a valid SIO Forklift/Reach Truck license is an advantage.

Willing to work in a shift-based warehouse operation.

Willing to placed in Cikande, Serang Regency, Banten.
