Job summary

PT Sistem Polifilm Hijau in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our fast-paced packaging facility.

You will supervise receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, monitor stock accuracy with FIFO/FEFO, ensure proper documentation and system updates, and coordinate with Production, PPIC, Logistics and Procurement to guarantee material readiness while upholding 5S and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in warehouse operations.
• Experience as Warehouse Leader or Supervisor preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and FIFO/FEFO.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and meeting operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock accuracy and inventory movement with FIFO/FEFO.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates for inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Logistics, and Procurement for material readiness.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards (5S) and team discipline.
